CCR Cave diver

 

CCR Cave Diving program is designed to train divers in cave diving while using CCR. Emergencies and behavior are totally different from open water to a cave environment. An open circuit cave diver should follow a CCR Cave diver class before to cave diving using a closed circuit rebreather. A CCR diver must follow the full CCR Cave diver program before attempting ANY cave dive using a closed circuit rebreather.

※Diver qualified on specific rebreather such as rEvo, Prism 2, Megalodon, Pathfinder, Optima, Inspiration Classic, Inspiration Vision, Evolution, Evolution+, Kiss Classic, Kiss Orca spirit, Kiss GEM Sidekick m-CCR 

 

Prerequisites

  1. If entering through modular route, must be qualified as Introductory Cave Diver with proof of a minimum of 50 logged dives.

  2. If not qualified as introductory cave diver must have proof of 100 dives or sufficient experience doing technical dives to satisfy the instructor that the student has the ability and knowledge to continue into this level of training.

  3. Must have 20 dives and 30 hours of dive time on the CCR to be used in the cave course.

  4. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

 

 Program cotent

  1. Academic sessions, land drills

  2. 1 confined water between 12  to 15 cave dives and a minimum of 600 minutes underwater training.

  3. Minimum 7 days

  2. Student manual  $75.00,  Certification fee  $50.00

  3. Excludes: Gas, Sofnolime, Rent of Rebreather
